🧪 Specialty Chemical Treatments Clermont FL
Rust stains, oil stains, wasp nests, mud daubers — some problems need more than water pressure. Our $50 flat-rate specialty treatments tackle what standard cleaning can't.
What Our $50 Specialty Treatment Covers
Each specialty treatment is a $50 flat-rate add-on to any standard cleaning service. This covers the specialty chemical, application, dwell time, and rinse.
Rust Stain Removal
Orange staining from irrigation water on concrete, pavers, siding, and gutters. Requires specialty oxalic acid-based rust remover — standard pressure washing won't touch it.
Oil Stain Treatment
Vehicle oil and grease stains on driveways and concrete. Pre-treated with heavy-duty biodegradable degreaser before pressure washing. Effective on most oil stains.
Wasp Nest Removal
Active or abandoned wasp nests on eaves, soffits, window frames, pool enclosures. Treatment with appropriate wasp killer before physical removal and cleanup.
Mud Dauber Removal
Mud dauber nests on walls, eaves, and under ledges. Hard mud nests removed along with the clay staining they leave behind on the surface.
Heavy Algae / Mold Treatment
When standard soft wash solution isn't enough — concentrated biological treatment for severe algae or mold infestations on any surface.
Other Specialty Stains
Berry stains, tannin stains, mineral deposits, efflorescence — if it needs a specialty chemical we have a solution. Some excessive cases may be quoted custom.
✅ Excessive amounts: If the stain, nest, or problem is unusually large or severe, we'll let you know before starting and provide a custom quote rather than the flat $50 rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as 'excessive' that would go above $50?
For example, a single rust stain = $50. If your entire driveway is covered in deep rust staining from years of irrigation damage, that's a larger job we'd quote custom — likely $100–$150. We're upfront about it before we start.
Do specialty treatments work every time?
Most rust stains, oil stains, and nest removals respond very well. Old, deeply set stains may improve but not fully disappear — we'll tell you what to realistically expect before we begin.
Can I add a specialty treatment to any service?
Yes — specialty chemical treatments are add-ons to any standard cleaning service. Just mention it when you book and we'll bring the right chemicals.
