Paver Sealing
Work Order & Agreement
A one-page agreement for your paver cleaning & sealing job. Clear scope, honest expectations, signed before we start.
The short version: We clean, re-sand, and seal your pavers at $1.50/sq ft all-in. Sealing is permanent-ish and weather-dependent, so please read the "What to Expect" section — especially the notes on finish, slip resistance, and cure time — before you sign.
Customer & Job Details
1. Scope of Work
Pressure Wash Boss LLC will perform a full clean, re-sand, and seal of the paver area described above. This includes: surface cleaning of the pavers, targeted treatment of oil, rust, and organic stains where present, a full dry-out period, re-sanding the joints with fresh sand, and application of paver sealer in the finish selected above.
The price is $1.50 per square foot, all-in — cleaning, joint sand, and sealer are included. Work is limited to the area and surfaces listed. Any additional area or work is quoted and approved separately before we proceed.
2. Payment
Because we order sealer specifically for your job's square footage, a materials deposit is collected before we begin. The deposit covers the cost of the sealer and joint sand purchased for your job, and it is credited toward your total. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
The deposit amount is listed in the job details above and confirmed at booking. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Because the deposit pays for materials ordered for your specific job, it is non-refundable if you cancel after materials have been purchased. If you cancel before we order materials, the deposit is fully refundable. If we cancel or cannot complete the job for any reason on our end, your deposit is refunded in full.
3. Scheduling & Weather
Sealing is highly weather-dependent. Pavers must be fully dry before sealer is applied, and rain during or shortly after application can ruin the finish. We will reschedule for rain, high humidity, or unsuitable conditions — this protects your investment and carries no penalty to you. Please allow flexibility around your scheduled date for weather.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before the scheduled date, the customer agrees to: move vehicles, furniture, planters, and any items off the paver area; ensure access to the area and an outdoor water spigot; and keep children and pets off the area during work and through the cure period. Please point out any known drainage issues, prior sealing, or existing damage before we begin.
5. What to Expect — Please Read
Cure time. Stay off the sealed surface for at least 24 hours, and keep vehicles off for 48 hours. Walking or driving on uncured sealer can leave permanent marks. We will confirm exact times on the day, since heat and humidity affect curing.
Slip resistance. Any sealed surface can be slippery when wet — this is true of all sealers. If a grip additive was selected above, it reduces this, but no sealed surface is slip-proof, especially with standing water, algae, or pollen present. The customer acknowledges this.
Appearance & finish. Sealer deepens color and adds sheen based on the finish selected. Results vary with paver age, porosity, and condition. Minor variation in sheen, occasional haze, or a slightly different look than expected can occur and is normal — sealing is not a resurfacing or color-matching service.
Efflorescence & natural conditions. Pavers can develop efflorescence (a white mineral haze) or minor blotching as they cure, caused by moisture moving through the pavers. This is a natural occurrence, not a defect, and we are not responsible for it.
Longevity. In Central Florida, sealer typically lasts 2–3 years before a re-seal, depending on sun, traffic, and drainage. This is a maintenance service, not a permanent one.
6. Pre-Existing Conditions
Cleaning can reveal damage hidden under dirt and staining. Pressure Wash Boss LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including cracked, chipped, loose, or sunken pavers; prior sealer that is peeling or failing; drainage or settling issues; or damage that existed before service. If old, failing sealer is present, it may require stripping first — this is a separate job, quoted after inspection.
7. Satisfaction & Liability
We stand behind our workmanship. If you're not satisfied with the result, notify us within 7 days and we'll return to address the affected area. This covers our workmanship — not the natural conditions, finish variation, or pre-existing issues described above.
This work order is subject to the full liability and limitation terms in our Terms of Service. In any conflict, the Terms of Service govern. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for this job.
Agreement
By signing, the customer confirms they have read and understand the scope and the "What to Expect" section above, including the notes on cure time, slip resistance, finish, and efflorescence.
